During the course of this semester I participated in swimming for my PE class. While I was swimming I learned a few techniques.
One of these techniques was on how to stay underwater. The first step was to breathe in a large amount of air. Next you'd submerge yourself and breathe out through your nose. This would be one of the essential things needed for the rest of the swimming I learned to swim by using the streamline technique The technique starts by placing your arms in a triangular position with your right arm on top. Next, you take a breath. You then propel yourself forward to get a speed boost. To keep on moving, you keep your legs straight and kick. When you don’t have much air left, return to the surface and repeat.
